ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. You will receive an email once your order has shipped that contains all tracking information.  

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am to 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

There is a $10 shipping fee for all orders under $100. Currently we only ship within the USA.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@drchristopherchang.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
